The two of spirit(Serenity)

As Jack stood in the graveyard, he was observing the graves. It seemed weird. He himself was ghost-like, though he couldn't see anyone who was dead. Although, he could somehow sense them..Anyway, at the moment, he was waiting for Serenity to show up. Considering her powers involved seeing and interacting with spirits, she would undoubtably come to the graveyard sometime that day. He just hoped it would be soon...

Serenity came to the graveyard a moment later, having seen Jack show up earlier but having no idea why. She didn't like the feeling of not knowing. It was very unsettling, she wasn't a big fan of the unknown although she dealt with what she was given. "Hello Hannah, nice day." she said smiling at the ghosts were were drifting away with time, becoming more and more transparent as they gave up on life.

She sighed and glanced over at Sorina who was already sitting on Spiritus's shoulder. That dove was to smart for her own good sometimes, "Hey Jack, what did you want me for?" she asked ruffling the hair of a young spirit as she walked by and the little boy smiled at her and ran off to find his mother.

"You don't often get visitors here, usually if someone wants to talk they just wait for you at the tower." the dove pointed out unhelpfully.

"Enough Sorina." she said her emerald eyes scanning the ghost like titan with interest.[/size]

Once Serenity arrived, Jack looked at her and telepathically said, "Hey, Serenity. Well...I just wanted to talk to you about something. First of all, if you don't mind me asking...Do you have a significant other, at the moment?"

(Translation, "Do you have a boyfriend?")

Serenity blushed a second before Spritus asked his question, "I'm sure you can get the question out of my mind," she said trying to avoid answering the question. It wasn't that she didn't want others to know about Mathew, it was just that... she didn't want the others to know about Mathew... She didn't quite get it but who was supposed to.

Sorina smirked at Serenity's experesion, "So in other words that would be a yes." she said making sure that Spiritus could hear her.

Serenity spun quickly to glare at the dove, "Sorina." she growled at the dove.

"What?! He was going to get the answer out of you anyway."[/size]

"Oh.......You do already have one. Well, if you don't mind asking, who is this significant other? Is he someone I know, or not?"

Serenity blushed again, this was not a conversation she wanted to be having with a telepath, any time this century, "Um I don't think so." she said then thought a moment about what Spiritus had said, "What do you mean already have one?" she asked bewilderment evident in her voice. True she didn't even know him very well, they hadn't talked much although she had been at the tower a lot but this was weird.

Sorina glanced at Spritus from his shoulder, "That's a good question."[/size]

"...Considering my question, and, Sorina's answer, I think you know what I mean. Anyway, so he's noone I know, huh? Hmmmmmmm.... You think you could introduce me to him, sometime?"

Serenity began to braid her hair absentmindedly, "Uh sure why not." she said still at a loss to understand why Spiritus was all of a sudden asking her about her love life. She blinked her emerald eyes a moment trying to figure out if this was a vision of the future or not, hopefully it was so she could avoid this conversation all together, it was awkward and she really didn't want to be talking about this.

She finished her braid and finally managed to respond, "Uh if you don't mind me asking why the hell are you asking?" she said rudely.

"Serenity that was rude." Sorina pointed out having fun at the blonde's sake.

"Ok then, I'll reword that just for you," she said with a glare at the dove, "Spiritus could you please tell me why the hell your asking me this?'" she asked milder then before.[/size]

After Serenity asked why he was asking her this, he started blushing himself. She didn't know why...? She couldn't figure this out by herself? If someone used asked about someone else's love life, they were usually nosy, Brotherly, or....wanted to know about their competition. "....Considering I'm blushing, which one of the usual three reasons do you think it is that I'm asking you about your love life?"

Serenity's mouth dropped open in shock. That was unexpected... very unexpected. She closed her mouth and tried to ignore the cackling dove on Spiritus's shoulder. "Ok um..." she said not quite sure what to say next. "um.." she tried to say anything that would make any sense but still came up with nothing.

She ran a hand through her blond hair still not sure what to say to him. She sat down on a grave that she knew was unoccupied now that the spirit it belonged to had passed on. "Sorina shut up." she said finally trying to clear her head and the hysterical dove wasn't helping much.[/size]
